Introduction to circular economy  (for BSc students)

The aim of the training is to provide corporate and institutional decision-makers with a foundational understanding of the circular economy model. The course comprehensively summarizes the most important theoretical and practical issues of this emerging topic.

By combining 21st-century technological solutions with theoretical knowledge, it enables the implementation of the economic, social, and environmental aspects of sustainability for market participants. The circular economy model provides a clear and interpretable framework for this task.

Recommended for: BSc students who wish to become familiar with the fundamentals of the circular economy. 

Competences acquired during training:

Participants will:

Understand the concept and conceptual framework of the circular economy.

Gain practical knowledge about the sub-areas of the circular economy.

Recognize management and other challenges related to the circular economy.

Be able to interpret and apply aspects of the circular economic model in corporate and institutional environments.
