{"id":1474,"date":"2025-08-14T11:03:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T09:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pen.uni-pannon.hu\/en\/?p=1474"},"modified":"2025-09-02T11:05:05","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T09:05:05","slug":"the-innoguide4cht-project-action-plan-has-been-completed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pen.uni-pannon.hu\/en\/the-innoguide4cht-project-action-plan-has-been-completed\/","title":{"rendered":"The InnoGuide4CHT Project Action Plan Has Been Completed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The InnoGuide project has achieved another important milestone: under the coordination of PP UP, the partners have developed the action plan, which builds on the analyses and surveys carried out during the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The document provides a detailed overview of the current situation and development needs of the partner institutions \u2013 including the G\u00f6cseji Open-Air Museum, the Savaria Museum \u2013 Vasi Skansen, and the Austrian Universalmuseum Joanneum St\u00fcbing. Through a SWOT analysis, it identifies the shortcomings of the digital infrastructure, visitor expectations, and the challenges of accessibility, and defines the next steps based on these findings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central elements of the action plan focus on the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>application development<\/strong> (mobile app, XR-based experiences),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>educational material development<\/strong> (digital educational and awareness-raising content),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>human resource training<\/strong> (enhancing technological, pedagogical, communication, and inclusive visitor management skills),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>professional cooperation and knowledge sharing<\/strong> (networking, international best practices),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>data management and analysis<\/strong> (data collection, GDPR compliance, performance evaluation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan not only supports the implementation of short-term development steps but also offers a long-term strategy for heritage tourism institutions.
